Jacie's 1st Easter was a success. She loved the plastic eggs and the goldfish I put inside them. She loved her basket full of books and Dora and Boots. After our morning at home we headed to my parents house. We enjoyed a ham lunch and then after went on an egg hunt. They had eggs downstairs, upstairs, and all around the house outside. It was fun but made me think about how next year Jacie will be able to do it all by herself. This year I held her and put her near the egg and she would grab it. We got about 9 eggs! She even found one with a $1 bill. She however did not find the golden egg with the $20. Her 4 year old cousin did! Here are some pictures of our day!

Ending the day enjoying her swing!!Next Saturday Jacie gets to meet Dora and Elmo! We are going to see Dora in the morning and then later that afternoon we are going to a friend's birthday party to meet Elmo. I can't wait!
